Injury Benefits Specialist
I began my independent adjusting insurance career with the introduction of no-fault auto insurance law in Ontario in the summer of 1990. I adjusted claims on behalf of numerous insurance companies in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Michigan, Florida, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. I obtained my Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada designation (AIIC) in 1992 and my Certified Insurance Professional designation (CIP) in 1996. I am a Certified Instructor with the Insurance Institute of Ontario and a sessional instructor with the University of Windsor Law School.
Since 2008, I have focused exclusively on the representation of injured persons, in pursuit of the full measure of compensation to which they are entitled under Ontario’s auto insurance laws and disability insurance contracts. My experience with the insurance industry’s tactics and practices of resisting or denying benefits to injured parties, is key to the effective and successful representation of our clients.
I am married and have two beautiful daughters, both currently attending University. My wife and I are avid motorcyclists and enjoy touring and visiting new places. In the off season, we resume the battle of our favorite NHL teams.
